Major General Wilberforce Sserunkuma has taken command of the UPDF 4 Infantry Division from Major General Felix Busizoori in Gulu, with Deputy CDF Lt Gen Sam Okiding tasking senior officers to prioritize mentorship and professional development within the force.

The Commander of the 3 Infantry Division, Maj Gen Wilberforce Sserunkuma, has launched a joint security alliance between Kotido and Kaabong districts to halt cross-border cattle rustling.
